1 14.5-oz. can Pizza Sauce
2 28-oz. cans Whole Tomatoes, drained
1 Tbsp Beef Base
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 lb. fat free or low fat Smoked Sausage, coarsely chopped
1/2 lb. Canadian Bacon, chopped
3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 package part-skim shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients except for the mozzarella cheese into a crock pot.
Cook, covered, on low for 8-10 hours.
Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with Mozarella Cheese. Great served with breadsticks.
