Small Head Cabbage
1 Tbsp Shortening
Salt & Black Pepper
1 package Wide Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Chop Cabbage very fine, salt, and let stand 15 minutes. Squeeze out water.
Melt shortening in large frying pan, add cabbage and black pepper to taste. Fry 20 minutes or until soft, stirring often.
Meanwhile, boil egg noodles. Drain and add to cabbage, frying 10-15 minutes more until lightly browned.
