1 lb. frozen white fish fillets (cod, haddock, tilapia, etc.)
2 T. reduced-fat Zesty Italian dressing
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 to 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in a baking dish, cover with dressing and bake 25 mins in a 450 degree oven. Add mushrooms, cheese and parsley. Bake an additional 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and fish flakes easily.
