4 pork chops thick
4 medium potatoes
2 tablespoon flour
2 teaspon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in skillet. Slice potatoes thin. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Alternate layers of potatoes and flour mixture in a buttered baking dish (1 quart). Dot with butter, pour milk over all. Top with Pork chops. Bake covered 5 minutes, then uncovered for additional 15 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
