¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
32 oz tomatoes
24 oz tomato paste
¼ cup parsley
1 teaspoon dry basil
4-½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon sugar
1-teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon oregano
32 oz. mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef & garlic. Add next 8 ingredients. Heat to boiling. Simmer 25 minutes. Stirring frequently. Cook noodles w/ oil. Beat eggs. Stir in cottage cheese. Preheat 350 degrees. Grease 2 9x13 pans. Slice mozzarella. Layer tomato, noodles, tomato, cottage cheese, and mozzarella. Repeat. Place remaining noodles, mozzarella. Bake 1 hour. Let stand for 15 minutes.
