3 cups sliced potato
1 carrot, sliced
cup diced celery
1 medium onion, chopped
2-teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1-tablespoon margarine
Dash of pepper
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 5 ingredients in kettle with 1 cups water, bring to boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Mash vegetables slightly into liquid. Add milk, and margarine if used, and heat. Add pepper and parsley.
