1# Browned ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1 cup celery; diced
1 small onion; diced
1 cup carrots; diced
30 oz. Diced tomatoes
15 oz. Kidney beans
15 oz. Great Northern Beans
15 oz. Tomato Sauce
12 oz. V-8 juice
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 ˝ teaspoon salt
1-teaspoon oregano
1-teaspoon basil
˝ teaspoon pepper
˝ teaspoon thyme
8 oz pasta (shells, rings etc.)

ground beef, garlic, celery; onion; carrots;

tomatoes, beans, Tomato Sauce, V-8 juice, vinegar, salt, oregano, basil, pepper, thyme

Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Cook pasta till andante. Add pasta to soup. Cook an additional 10 minutes.

Can cook the base of the soup in crockpot less pasta. Add pasta before serving.

Soup can be frozen before adding pasta.
