1/2 lb. ground pork
1 green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
2 cups rice
cayene pepper
chicken broth
1/2 lb shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and saute onions peper celery add spices and rice. add broth and cover, simmer 20 minutes add shrimp for 3 minutes
