4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate (I use Bakers)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
6 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Butter 4 (3/4 cup) custard cups or souffle dishes. Place on a baking sheet.

Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on high for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir with wire whisk until the chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar until well blended. Whisk in eggs and egg yolks. Stir in flour. Divide batter between prepared custard cups.

Bake 13 to 14 minutes or until sides are firm but centers are soft. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully run a small knife around cakes to loosen. Invert cakes onto dessert dishes. Serve immediately.

This is a great "company" dessert. I garnish it with sliced strawberries or raspberries and whipped cream and caramel. Also, you can get the batter ready ahead of time and then stick the ramekins in the fridge to bake during dinner.
