Ingredients:  
5 medium tomatoes, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 green bell pepper, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/2 large sweet onion, sliced thin
6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped

Dressing:

salt and pepper
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine tomatoes, pepper, and onion in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In small bowl combine dressing ingredients. Blend well with fork.
3. Pour dressing over tomato mixture. Stir gently.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
5. Just before serving fold chopped bacon into tomato mixture.

This is best if made with tomatoes that were vine ripened in Grandpa Vince's garden.
