1 pound carrots, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ground horseradish
salt
pepper
1 Tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup Cornflake crumbs
2 tablespoons parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil carrots in salted water until tender. Drain and put into 2 qt. casserole.

2. Mix together mayonnaise, horseradish. Spread over carrots. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. Saute onions in 1 tbls margarine. Add cornflake crumbs and parsley flakes. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle over carrots.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
