2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup melted butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add nuts.

3. Melt butter. Remove from heat. Add brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture.

4. Pour into 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top of brownies. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
