2 zucchini
1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dry onion flakes
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Halve zucchini and scoop out centers leaving 1/4 inch shell. Place in shallow baking dish.

2. Coursely chop zucchini centers. Mix with next 8 ingredients (beef through pepper). Scoop into shells. Top with spaghetti sauce.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cut slits in zucchini to let out juice.
