4 cups cooked chopped chicken
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
Cooked rice
4 cups chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain well and place in bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover broccoli with chicken . Mix soup, mayonnaise, cheese and lemon juice in a separate bowl. Then spread over the chicken. Top with stuffing mix and dot with butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over cooked rice.
