1 pound ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Form into 1" balls. Cook in fry pan or in oven (350 degrees) until done.
