1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cups cold milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 20oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 envelope Dream Whip, prepared
1 3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2-1 cup toasted flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions on box. Cool.
In large bowl, whisk together milk and pudding. Let stand to thicken. Stir in drained pineapple.
Spread over cooled cake.
Prepare Dream Whip. Set aside.
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in 1 cup Dream Whip.
Fold in remaining topping gently with spoon, spread over pudding.
Sprinkle with coconut, which has been toasted. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
