1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon butter
16 ounces tomato sauce
8 ounces noodles
1 cup cottage cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon green peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Brown ground beef in 1 tbls butter in a heavy skillet. Stir in tomato sauce. Remove from heat. Boil noodles in salted water 10 minutes. Drain. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onion, and green pepper. In a buttered 2 qt. casserole, spread 1/2 the noodles. Cover with cheese mixture, then cover with remaining noodles. Pat meat sauce on top.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
