3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 t. pepper
3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
broccoli or asparagus
cubed ham
small amount of onion
mushrooms
9 in. pastry crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese; add eggs, milk and pepper. Beat until smooth. Fold in rest of ingredients as desired. Pour into pastry crust. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Let rest 20 minutes before serving.
