1/3 c lemon juice
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp grated lemon peel
3/4 tsp salt
4 chicken quarters

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken in a large zip lock storage bag. Turn frequently and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Remove chicken and grill as desired.
