1 c. milk
2 T. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
2 T. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, beaten egg, and milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients. Blend with hand mixer. Fry on hot griddle.
