1 lb hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. dill pickle liquid
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 single pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie curst according to package direcitions. Let cool. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, and garlic in skillet. Sprinke with salt and flour. Stir in pickle liquid, milk, pickles, and 1 c. cheese. Spoon in pie pan. Bake 15 min. Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. cheese. Bake until crust is golden brown. Aboout 5 minutes.
