1/3 cup flour
6 cups (1 1/2 pounds) cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
potatoes (with or without peels)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon Tony Chacheres
1 quart beef broth
Creole Seasoning
2 bay leaves
Cooking spray
1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 pound stew meat
1 14.5-ounce can cut green beans
1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
1 pound baby carrots, halved
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and Creole seasoning in a medium-sized bowl. Coat meat in the flour mixture and then brown in a frying pan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Place meat and all ingredients except milk and cornstarch in a 4-quart or larger crockpot. Cover and cook for 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. About 30 minutes before serving, stir milk and cornstarch together until all lumps are dissolved. Add mixture to the crockpot and stir to combine. Cover again and allow to thicken for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with bread or rolls.
