1/2 lb.pork sausage
1 lb.ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c.onion, chopped
1/2 c.celery, chopped
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 lb.can diced tomatoes
2 tsp.sugar
2 tsp.salt
1 tsp.oregano
1 T.parsley flakes.
6 lasagna noodles
3 c.cream style cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp.pepper
1 T.parsley flakes
1/2 c.Parmesan cheese
12 oz.sliced mozzarella chees

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, garlic, onion and celery; drain. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, sugar, salt,oregano and parsley flakes. Simmer for 1 hour.
Cook lasagna noodles; rinse, drain and pat dry.
Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.
Layer ingredients in greased 9x13 pan, beginning with small amount of meat sauce, 3 noodles, cottage cheese mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat. You want to end up with sauce on top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
