2 pheasant breasts, flattened
1/2 c. flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
4 T. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Roll flattened breasts in flour and brown in butter; remove meat; add lemon juice, chicken broth, and flour from dusting to pan and bring to boil. Place pheasant in greased pan and cover with the mushrooms; pour liquid over mushrooms. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with cooked noodles to which chicken broth, Parmesan cheese and Nature's season have been added.
