1 lbs. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
One 10 -ounce can tomato soup
1/3 c. water
c. crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, drained
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash ground ginger
Cooked noodles or rice, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, onion, green pepper, and salt; mix well. Shape into 24 meatballs. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Brown meatballs over medium heat; drain fat. Add soup, water, pineapple, soy sauce, and ginger. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
