3 Eggs 3 tsp. Vanilla 2 c. Raw Squash 1 tsp. Salt 3 tsp. Cinnamon 3/4 c. nuts 1 c. Oil 2 1/2 c. Flour 1 tsp. Soda 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1 c. Raisins (If desired)

Directions:

Peel and grate squash and let stand in drainer several hours.
Mix all together in one bowl.
Makes 2 loaves, std. size
Bake 325º 1 hr 15 min.

Freezes well.
