1 cake Fleshman's Yeast
1 1/4 c. milk, scalded & cooled
1 tbsp. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnimon
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and 1 tbsp. sugar in luke warm liquid. Add 1 1/2 c. flour and beat well. Cover and set aside to raise in warm place for about 1 hour or until bubbles burst on top. Add this to the butter, sugar, cream, cinnimon, egg, the remainder of the flour and beat well until it is moderately soft dough then salt. Knead lightly. Place in a well greased bowl and cover. Allow to raise in a warm place for about 1 1/2 hrs. Roll to about 1/3" in thickness with small doughnut cutter. Cover and let raise again in a warm place until light (about 45 min.) Drop into deep fat with side upper most which has been next to
