2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. wide noodles
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can of mushroom pieces
1 whole onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 qt. saucepan, add 2 qts. of water and salt, bring to boil. Add the noodles. cook until tender, usually 11-12 minutes. In skillet, brown ground beef and drain off the grease (if you use 93% or higher of ground beef there isn't much grease). Add the whole onion and keep browning until the onion is soft and light brown. Add the mushroom soup and mushroom pieces. Mix all together and keep warm on low heat. When noodles are done, drain and rinse and add ingredients from skillet and mix together.
