6 - 8 boneless chicken breast halves 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 C white wine 1 sm jar marinated artichoke hearts with juice 1 C sliced mushrooms
Places chicken breasts in baking pan. Cut artichokes in small pieces. Mix soup, wine and artichokes together. Pour over chicken breasts and bake for 1 1/2 hours, covered, in 325 oven. About 1/2 hour before done, add 1 C sliced mushrooms and stir a little to incorporate mushrooms.
