3 packages frozen chop Spinach
1 cup bisquick
1 small onion chopped
1 garlic chopped
1/2 cup cheese {parmagon or pecorino romano grated }
1 chunck sharp american cheese grated
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs

Cook spinach unil its thawed, squeeze all the water from the spinach.
Add all other ingredients mix well. Place in greased 2 inch muffin tins. cook at 350 until they start to brwon .

make sure spanich is dry, try to use none stick pans if this is not possible make sure pan are greased well.
