3 c. zucchini grated
3 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix together and pour into greased pan (13x9) at 300º for 1 1/2 hours.
