Ingredients:  
1 tablespoon peanut oil
Sauce:
Dash of ginger or 2 slices of fresh
3 tablespoons water
ginger
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2-3 cubed chicken breasts
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons cornstarch in a little
1-2 handfuls of Chinese pea pods
water (add last)
2/3 cup cashew nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat peanut oil with ginger. Add chicken and saute until done. Add green onions, pea pods, and cashews. Saute until done. Add sauce ingredients and then thicken with cornstarch mixture. Serve over rice.
