4 Medium Baking Potatoes
2 TLB Butter
1 TLB Flour
1 Cup Heavy Cream
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat overn to 350 degress. Butter a square Pyrex baking dish. Scrub the potatoes and bake them for about 1 hour or until barely tender. Let Cool then peel and dice. Melt the butter in a skillet and stir in the flour. Blend and stir for a couple of minutes, then slowly add the cream. Cook, continuing to stir, until the sauce bubbles and thickens. Add the potatoes, season to taste. Mix well and spoon into the baking dish. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Serve hot.
