3 boneless, skinless chicken
3 tablespoons cornstarch
breasts, cubed
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup green or red pepper strips
1 cup water
1 cup vertically sliced onions
1 cup brown sugar
1 20-ounce can pineapple chunks
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in oil; add peppers and onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pineapple, save juice for sauce. For sauce, stir cornstarch and soy sauce in small bowl. Add other ingredients and then thicken in skillet with chicken and peppers. Serve over rice with soy sauce on the side.
