2 Granny Smith apples 1 pkg. Crescent rolls 1 cup powdered sugar 1 stick butter 1 cup orange juice 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350º. Peel and quarter apples. Separate rolls and lay 1/4 apple on each roll and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Fold roll around apple and lay in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Pour over apples and bake for 30 mins. or until golden brown.
