2 1/2 lbs. stew meat, chuck roast, round steak, etc.
8 large potatoes, peeled
8 large carrots, cleaned
1 pkg. onion soup (dry)
2 cans mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in large bite-size pieces, carrots in inch pieces, stew meat in large bite-size pieces. Layer in pan in order given and sprinkle with dry onion soup. Spread over top mushroom soup and cover and seal with foil. Bake at 250º for 4 to 6 hours.

Serves 6 to 8 people, depending on helpings.
