1 Devilís Food cake mix
Ganache:
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup oil
1 1/3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup water
16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Bake according to directions on box in a regular 9x13 cake pan. Let cool and cut into small pieces. Put cake pieces into a large mixing bowl.

Melt butter with heavy cream and bring to a boil. Pour over chocolate chips then stir until melted.

Using a mixer, add 1 1/4 cups of ganache to the cut up cake. Mix until well blended. Press into a spring form pan, cover, and put in the freezer for 30-45 minutes to set. Remove from freezer and cover cake with remaining ganache. Return to the freezer and let ganache set. When ready to serve, drizzle with melted white chocolate and garnish with raspberries.
