3 cups flour
3/4 bag milk chocolate chips
3 cups quick oatmeal
3/4 bag semi-chocolate chips
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
3/4 bag butterscotch chips
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 bag white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
2 cups softened butter
6 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, and butter. Take half and press in bottom of cookie sheet. Cook 350 for 10 min. Sprinkle all chips over cookie sheet. Mix 6 tablespoons of flour into the caramel ice cream topping, and heat on stove. Drizzle over top of chips. Crumble remaining cookie layer and sprinkle over all. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes.
