1 c sour cream 1/2 c milk 1 T minced chives salt and pepper 6 medium potatoes peeled and sliced 1 c cheddar cheese shredded 1/2 c finely crushed cornflakes
In large bowl combine sour cream, milk, chives or onion, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and mix. Spread in 15 x 10 baking pan. Combine cornflakes and cheese. Sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake 350º for 50-60 minutes.
