Ingredients:  
3 slices bacon
4-6 c water
4 c fresh green beans
3 diced potatoes
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 T crisco
2 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon then add water. Break green beans and add diced potatoes and onion soup mix. When tender, make roux with crisco and flour, and add to soup and add a little vinegar.
