4 c flour
1 c mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 t. salt
Potato water (to make soft dough)

Filling: Mashed potatoes, velvetta cheese, onion salt, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough and cut out in circles. Put 1 spoon full of filling on half fo dough. Fold over and seal. Cook in salt water for 15 minutes. Serve with fried onions.
