Chicken Wings (2 to 3 lbs.)
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken. Cut wing in half to separate the wingette and drumette. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour over chicken. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 375 degrees, bake additional 45 to 50 minutes, turning once.
