1 Can (16 oz)Apricots Drained & Chopped (save juice)
1 6 oz box Orange Gelatin
1 C Min. Marshmellows
1 Lg Can Crushed Pineapple Drained
1 Cup Apricot Juice
2 Cups Hot Water


Directions:
Directions:
Drain Fruit, keeping apricot and pineapple juice separate. Chill fruit. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add apricot juice. Fold in apricots, pineapple & marshmellows. Chill until firm.
Topping
1/2 C Sugar 1 Egg 3 Tbl Flour 3/4 C Grated Cheese
1 C Whip Cream or 1 1/2 - 2 C Cool Whip ReservedJuice
Combine sugar & flour in pan - blend in egg and butter. Add pineapple juice & cook overlow heat stirring
constantly until thick. Cook Fold in Cool Whip spread over congealed salad. Sprinkle W/grated cheese &
chill
