3C. crushed ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 can eagle brand milk
2 cans mandrin oranges
1 6oz frozen orange juice
8 oz cool whip

Mix together ritz crackers, butter, 1/4 c. sugar and press into 9/12 dish (saving 3/4 C of mixture for top)
In large bowl mix eagle brand milk, orange juice, cool whip, and mandrin oranges - mix together & pour
over crumbs. sprinkle reserved crumbson top. Freeze & eat
