Egg bread
1 1/2 - 2 cups corn meal
1/2 cup flour, salt, 6 eggs
buttermilk - Mix & bake 375 until done
1 Large hen
1 cup chopped celery
1 large chopped onion
1 tbl celery salt
1 can cr of chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil hen until tender with 2 bay leaves (remove from stock)
When egg bread has cooled enough to handle - break apart and crumble mix with chicken stock to soften mix with
hands for best results-add all other ingredients Usually needs more salt - Pour into baking pan ( needs to be
soupy)pull breast meat apart and lay on top of dressing - Bake 45 min to 1 hr. until brown & bubbly 400 -
450 degrees
