1 tbsp butter
2 cups carrots, diced 1/2"
4 cups turnip, 3/4" cubes
1 cup green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chili sauce or salsa
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup grated mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
Heat butter in medium saucepan.
Add green pepper & onion & cook gently
Sprinkle in flour, salt & pepper.
Remove from heat & add chili sauce & water.
Stir to blend & return to moderate heat, cook until thick.
Stir in cooked turnip & carrots.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
