1 - 2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped or use chives
1 28 oz. can of spaghetti sauce
1 regular size can of tomato soup
1 head of cabbage, chopped
cup of rice
Salt & pepper to taste

Grease a 9 x 13 pan
Place 1/2 of cabbage on bottom. Brown beef & onion.
Add rice, spaghetti sauce, soup & salt & pepper
Pour over cabbage. Top with remaining cabbage & dot with butter or margarine. Cover with foil before baking.
Bake at 350F for 2 hours
Microwave: Cook, covered on 80% power for about 30 minutes
Baste after 15 minutes
Stand for 5 minutes before eating
