2 - 32 oz. blocks of Velvita Cheese
1 lb. regular ground sausage
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 oz.) cans ro*tel original diced tomatoes & green chilies
milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan cook sausage. Drain and set to the side. In a large pot add the cream of mushroom and ro*tel (do not drain). Cut cheese into cubes and add to mixture to melt cheese. Add milk as needed to help with the consistency of the Queso. Once all cheese is melted add the cooked sausage. Transfer queso to Crock Pot to keep warm. Serve with Tortilla Chips and enjoy.

Personal Notes:
To make the Queso Spicy use Hot Sausage and Ro*tel Extra Hot diced tomatoes and green chili. Or use a combination of the two for a medium flavor.
