1 - 28 oz. can tomatoes
2 pounds ground beef
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 qt. water
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 pepper
2 - 4 carrots peeled and sliced
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2 c. beef broth
2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 - 15 oz. can garbanzo beans not drained
2 - 16 oz. cans green beans not drained
2 - 15 oz. cans kidney beans not drained
1 1/4 c. dry macaroni
Parmesan cheese for garnish

Brown ground beef and add celery, onion, green pepper and salt; saute until tender. In a large pot combine tomatoes, ground beef mixture, water, carrots, tomato sauce, broth, parsley, basil, oregano, pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours. Add all un-drained beans and let simmer until ready to serve. Add macaroni 15 to 20 minutes before it is ready for the table. Cook until macaroni is tender. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.

*Tip - If your desire to make this in the crock pot it can all go in at once. I start it on low in the morning and by dinner time it is ready to serve. Except for the macaroni. Be sure to cook your hamburger before adding it to the pot.
