Pineapple Carrot Cake Recipe

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 c. shredded carrots
1 t. vanilla

Cream Cheese Icing:
1-3oz cream cheese
1 T. Margarine
1 t. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Sift flour
Mix all ingredients together until well blended
Use 9x9x2 pan
Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes or until done

Ice with cream cheese icing
